Model: Select one momentum TH stock daily (also check for its liquidity), buy 5% of NAV for each position, then sell out to take profit at 5+% / cutloss at -10% or position holding period reaching 30 trading days.

Model: Place TH S50 TFEX Long or Short contract order occasionally based on momentum analysis (also automatically check for contract’s expiration), the quantity/size of contracts is calculated dynamically based on the available balance (e.g. 5 contracts for 1M THB balance). Hold the contract until the momentum signal turn to the opposite side.

  • Exchange/brokerage trade fee 0.15% for stock, 50 THB for TFEX contract and price slippage 1.50% per trading round.
  • Backtest using data from Refinitiv (stocks) / Binance (cryptos).
